LHA Board of Directors

Phil Heinrich is currently serving his 8th year on the board as President of the Board after serving as both Vice President and Membership director previously. He and his wife Tara are parents to two sons each of whom are Littleton Hawks. Both kids started in the Learn to Play Hockey program, moving to U8, Rec, and then to the travel and CSDHL programs. Phil has volunteered as team manager, and has coached several teams at U8, Rec and Travel levels.

Phil has spent the last 5 years serving as Senior Director of IT Infrastructure for an M&A-based retail operation, and prior to that worked for 13 years at Jeppesen (a Boeing Company) as a Systems/Business Analyst.

Mike Crawford, alongside his brothers, founded a life sciences technology company in 2005 which they successfully sold in 2019. Mike continues to provide consultancy services to the company and dedicates time to volunteer activities at his sons’ school and church.

Mike holds the position of Vice President on the Board, following his role as Membership Director. He and his wife, Katie, are parents to four sons, all of whom have participated in programs at LHA over the last 14 seasons. His two eldest sons were involved in Tier 1 Hockey in Colorado for several years before pursuing hockey opportunities out of state. Mike has contributed as a team manager, treasurer, and U8 coach for 13 years, and he humorously remarks that he never wants to see a blue puck again!
