Development program
Our select Spring development program is designed to be a more conventional spring program with the focus on individual skill development. there are no teams formed under this program. This program permits a lighter feel to allow players to participate in other sports while still wanting to stay on the ice in an organized and professional setting. There are no tryouts for the development program as it is an entirely skills based program.
• (2) Ice Sessions Per Week
-Skills will include; Power skating, stick work, shooting, passing, possessing the puck with speed, heads up awareness ETC.
8U spring program
8U Spring Program Littleton Hockey is excited to continue our pronounced 8U spring program. Our 8Us will skate at The Ice Ranch and can expect to skate twice per week on average. The first skate of each week will consist of building up their foundational skills always starting with FULL ICE skating and edge work. The second skate of each week will be focused on backwards skating, puck handling, passing, shooting, body positioning and small area games. Our quality and expertise in developing 8U players is beyond comparable!
